Shipping policy

We ship five days a week (Monday thru Friday PST) except holidays for domestic and international packages. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. However, during the holidays there will be a delay in shipping time.

WITHIN USA :
- Free Shipping on orders over $35 within the Continental US (3-8 business days)
- Under $35 orders, shipping fee will be calculated at checkout
- Express shipping services are available at check out

Please note: If your package is refused or returned to CHAPARICHY GIFT SHOP, we will contact you via email regarding your order. If you would like to receive a refund, we will only refund the product purchase price, as we are charged for the return. If your order is over $35 with  free shipping, we may deduct shipping fees from the total price of your order. In order to have your package reshipped, you will be required to pay a reshipment fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
- We ship orders worldwide! 
For customers in EU and UK. Please use our eBay store.
- Some items may not be able to be shipped due to regulations. In this case, we will attempt to contact you so that you may adjust your order.
- CHAPARICHY GIFT SHOP is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.
- Depending on the destination, international orders may be delayed at customs due to flight delays, weather conditions, holidays, and if it is the busy season. This is not uncommon and packages may be delayed 3 - 4 weeks on top of the regular delivery time. We understand that delays can be annoying, however, your patience is appreciated.

PO BOXES, APO & FPO :
All orders going to P.O. Boxes or any military base, need to be shipped by USPS only.

Some items may be fulfilled and shipped by a third party such as Amazon or partner companies.
